Privacy Policy — Siap TBS LPDP

This privacy policy applies to the Siap TBS LPDP Android app (com.gookkis.siaptbslpdp), developed and published by Heri Kiswanto ("we", "us") on Google Play. It explains what data is processed when you use the app, who processes it, and what choices you have.

Summary

Siap TBS LPDP has no account system and sends none of your answers, scores, or your nickname to any server. All of it is stored on your own device. The only things that leave the device are question-pack download requests and ad requests to Google AdMob.

Who we are

Siap TBS LPDP is an independently developed practice app for the Indonesian scholastic aptitude test (Tes Bakat Skolastik). It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP), the Ministry of Finance, or any government body. Every question is written from scratch and is not a copy of official LPDP material.

Data we collect

We collect no personal data ourselves. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user profile on our side.

The following is created and stored on your device only:

• the nickname you type yourself when you first open the app;
• your practice and simulation history: answers, scores, and time taken;
• your coin balance and the list of question packs you have installed.

None of this is ever sent to our servers. You can erase all of it by uninstalling the app, or through device Settings > Apps > Siap TBS LPDP > Storage > Clear data. Because we hold no copy, there is no separate deletion request for you to file with us.

If Android's automatic backup is enabled on your device, the data above is backed up to your own Google account — except the coin balance, which is deliberately excluded and stays on that device only. That backup is controlled by Google and your device settings, not by us, and we cannot access its contents.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and ad-supported. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which as an independent provider may collect and process data from your device, including:

• the Advertising ID and other device identifiers;
• device and app information: model, operating system version, and language;
• your IP address, which can be used to estimate coarse location (city or country level);
• ad interactions: whether an ad was served, viewed, or clicked.

That data is used to select ads, measure their performance, and prevent click fraud. We only receive aggregate revenue reports — we cannot see any individual device's data. Details of Google's privacy practices are in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

You can manage or reset your Advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, through device Settings > Google > Ads. If you are in a region that requires consent (for example the EU, the UK, or certain US states), the app shows a consent form before requesting its first ad, and you can change that choice at any time through About & privacy > Change ad privacy settings inside the app.

Other network connections

Apart from ads, the app contacts our question-pack catalogue server to download additional questions. Those requests are anonymous: no account, no token, and no user identifier is sent. Like any web server, its logs may record IP addresses and request timestamps for operational and security purposes; they are not used to build user profiles.

Data sharing at a glance

We do not sell data to anyone, and there are no in-app purchases. The coins inside the app are only a study-pacing mechanic — they cannot be bought and cannot be exchanged.

Children

The app is aimed at scholarship applicants, who are adults, and is neither designed nor marketed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app features change. The update date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
